Returns and refunds


We do not accept returns. All sales are final. In the case that a package is returned to us by customs then we will either refund you or re-send the parcel to you depending on your preference.



Our ability to provide refunds depends on a number of factors. Firstly is the type of shipping you have purchased at checkout. If you chose standard shipping there is no guarantee of a refund. I can potentially get up to £20 back from the postal service but this is complicated and also unlikely as there is no tracking info. Please contact me however either on Instagram, by email at , or on the contact me page on our website. Each case is different and I will try my hardest to find a solution for you. This may be in the form of simply a full refund (IF THIS IS POSSIBLE ONLY), partial refund or store credit. It may potentially be a mix of these solutions. We promise to try our hardest to find a solution for you although please note nothing is guaranteed if you choose standard shipping.


If tracked shipping is chosen at checkout  you will either receive a full refund or store credit depending on your choice. Please contact us if you’re parcel hasn’t arrived by the same methods mentioned in the above paragraph.


Please don’t worry too much about your parcels being lost as this is a very rare occurrence. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive it is most likely just delays but please contact me if you are worried and I will give you advice on shipping times or answer any questions.
